went back for the shoulder check today and got a spine clinic referral. Am scheduled for who new MRIs soon. Pain! The trip I guess plus the muscle testing. I had left a message yesterday with primary doc that I was out of pain meds and needed just vicodin. Well, when I got home today it was not at pharmacy and I hurt. My elbow on that side hurts and on the forearm she said a painful spot was a gland and that the deltoid pain was part of a tendonitis related to the other stuff in my shoulder. So I have been in bed all afternoon. Pain is exhausting. Thanks for listening.

Thanks Rhapsody. Pain is exhausting and so far I am here back to bed but feeling better this morning. Like once I can move about a nice warm shower would help. I decided not to worry abou all of the stuff that is going on with my bones and just deal with the symptoms and let the docs come up with the plans.

I hope you find relief soon wisewoman...meanwhile.. have you tried epsom soaks? It is an old but fairly effective remedy... epsom salts contain magnesium which is really good for achey muscles...

Praying for ya! Faith

Pain is exhausting. I think some folks who don't experience chronic pain do not understand, they think we are just laying there and complaining for no reason.

Hope yours lightens up on you soon.

Thanks Cedars, I do like laying down a lot but it's usually because I am too tired to be upright. P.T. wore me out today.

WOW!! - how I would love to lay down with out PAIN, but in my case (RA & FIBRO) the mere pressure of a soft pillow up against my head or lately on the back side of my body hurts...... so one can but figure it out - I am going with out a lot of sleep these days..... I stay up until about 3 AM then I fall dead asleep most nights.

LoVe,
Rhapsody - what else? Pain
