Cold will increase my pain. Went to an alum thing for daughter and it was chilly and my shoulder back and legs are really hurting. I think I knew this on some level as I have been wearing long underwear and warmer clothes the last few years but it is pretty clear tonight. Time for the heating pad.

Sounds like arthritis? When there is less fluid in the joints cold will cause the movement to be more painful. If it is all over the body too, then the muscles are reacting? Try the heat creams before going out into winter Learned something new tonight. and maybe carry a few small instant heat patches for if it becomes overwhelming while you're out? brrrrrrr

YES.... this I have known for some time, that is why you will usually find me wrapped up in a woolly blanket, long jogging pants on with socks and house shoes - even though it is summer in Florida.... just the mere touch of the A/C air up against my already cold body will make me suffer more, so that is why I try to prevent it (before it gets started) by staying warm at all times.

I know a little how you feel about cold and pain. It has been that way all my life.

Glad I have my dogs to snuggle with, oh yeah, and occasionally a hubby.
