Aww, staying in bed and nursing is great for both of you. Try stretches, do what feels right for your legs. Look up myofacial release stretches online for hips, sciatica, legs. They do help. It is VERY important for you to care for yourself well now and always. Looking back I have a lot of I wish's. Do what you need to for yourself.

Thanks wise.

Today is worse worse worse. But it was kind of my fault.

Last night I was getting dressed when I got out of the shower. I decided to sit on one of my plastic storage containers, because usually they can hold me and hopping around putting pants on is instant disaster because of my back.

Well this was a new container and i should have tested its strength first, it lasted about thirty seconds before the lid went CRACK and I fell INTO the container, scraping my lower back from my hips to about the middle and whacking my ribs a few times in the process.

Needless to say, I am VERY sore and have finally caved into taking some pain meds. Headache, aching back and sore ribs. Nothing is broken but I took quite a hit. First day out shopping since baby, VERY sore

Ouchy! I sure feel for you.

Something I am still learning how to do is to pace myself, to even do a little less than I want to. Easier said than done often though.

Hope all that pain eases soon.
