Hi This is unhappyone is there anyone out there who knows what to do for chronic knee pain i have tried everything i know to do. Please help, thank you.

 Don't know what you've tried...Do you need to lose weight? If it's arthritis, have you tried adjusting your diet? Is it water swollen/pressure? Does heat help?  Chronic pain is a bummer

Hey there unhappy one...maybe you need arthroscopic surgery?
I had it done and the pain went away. Has your doctor ordered x rays or an MRi...? You may have some cartiledge in there that needs trimmin down...??
