Hi! At the top of any text window you will see windows that say Fonts and Sizes both have down arrows... click on the arrow and choose what you wish to use

Here's a link to the Tutorials available here http://forums.psychcentral.com/forum...c&daysprune=60

One specifically that addresses this http://forums.psychcentral.com/showthread.php?t=178207

thanks for your post
but I am still in need of help

I found some arrows in the upper right hand side of this window, between a check mark and some A's in a box. When I put the mouse over it it says, Increase Size or Decrease Size however , when I click on it nothing happens. If I highlite my text, then click on it nothing happens.

thanks from an obviously challenged poster

Ok... There are all those icons right above the little TEXT window, where you type in your reply? See Title then down a line Message...
the you see two graphic "A"s and then FONTS then SIZE ??? YOU WON'T SEE THIS IF YOU USE "QUICK REPLY" use the reply up at the top left on a thread... or click on GO ADVANCED when you see that option.

Did that give you enough information? It's not the little up and down arrows with those "A"s over there on the right --------->

It's those that are above ^ the window that you type your reply into....
Title: with a window to type in subject line etc

For quick access to more formatting controls, click on the "Go Advanced" button under whatever reply box you're using. That also lets you preview your post and see exactly what your fonts, smilies, etc., will look like. Then you can either edit and preview some more or, when you're ready, click "Submit".

Before your text enter [size="7"] (or any size from 1-7)

at the end of your text enter [/size

and after the last word size put another ]

I have another problem, I am using a French keyboard and do not know how to access the square brackets and the double quote sign
I am able to change to an English virtual keyboard... but it is the French placement that is written on the physical keys so don't know where the these keys are

hi everyone

JD sent me a message that there is a 'go advanced' button at the bottom of the quick reply window that gives me a more complete toolbar

thanks to all the 'veterans' that check this thread regularly and help the 'newbies' like me

roses
Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
