Hi,
Just wanted to know if anyone knew how to install the URI, HTTP, and the LWP modules into a web directory onto the server. I used the servertest.cgi script and ran it several times after I edited it and it says all three of those modules can't be found. The perl and cgi were okay though. Also, I talked to my web hosting provider about installing these modules and they told me that they are not part of the basic apache installation and if I wanted them installed I would have to upgrade my hosting package to a dedicated server. They did say that it might be possible to have the POD script to work if I installed those modules to my personal web site directory instead of the perl lib directory. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Gene |

Well, I don't know how to go about installing perl modules so only your own local account can use them to be honest. You might find the answer on the Web site where the perl modules are hosted: <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.cpan.org/>http://www.cpan.org/</A> POD unfortunately needs those modules in order to do its magic.
