i don't have enough information to actually help you, Tomboy, and i can't imagine why no Tech Support has replied to your question. i found this in another post, perhaps it will help you. at any rate, read thru the posts in Tutorials, and other Tech Support posts, i'm sure there is a wealth of information hidden in there~!

i tried clearing browser's cache and try reloading the page and restarting my computer and using a different browser (currently using internet explorer) i have windows 7 but my computer updated and that's when i started having proebms with privte chat

internet explorer is notorious for downloading it's own bugs, you might open it up and make sure it is set to allow cookies for PsychCentral. also, my Adobe Flash recently crashed, and had to be reinstalled,,, you might try that also, sometimes it's listed as Flash Player.
