Hello flourshoppe: I see this is your first post here on PC. So... to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks! May the time you spend here be of benefit.

PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!

P.S. For assistance you can always Private Message any member of the Community Liaison Team. Click the link below to find the list:

https://forums.psychcentral.com/showgroups.php

Basically you just go to the particular forum you want to post in. (Given your topic, perhaps the Health Support forum would be appropriate):

https://forums.psychcentral.com/health-support/

Then, when the page comes up on your screen, you should see a capsule shaped icon on the the left side of the screen that says: "New Thread". (On my laptop, it comes up just below the middle of the screen on the left.) Click on that & you should be able to take it from there. If you still have problems, contact any member of the Community Liaison Team. Or you can also reply here with additional questions. Good luck!

you just did it. the same way you started this thread is how you start threads on every one of the forums here.

if you cant remember how that was done. you click ion the word new thread then fill it with what you want to name your thread and then write your post. just like you did this one.

You've just started a new thread right here under Technical Support, so whatever you did to start the thread, just repeat under your relevant section on PsychCentral

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
