Hi, I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD about a year ago. I have issues of childhood abuse and neglect. My main concerns are panic disorder, anxiety, especially health anxiety. I am forty year old woman from India. I hope to both receive and give support to fellow PTSD victims and survivors.

Hi PTSDSurvivor, welcome to PC and the PTSD forums. I am sorry you experienced such a bad childhood, no child should have to experience that.
Have you been working with a therapist?

Thanks for those kind words, Open Eyes. I have been working with a psychotherapist here in India for about two years now. It has been a re birth for me. I had lived in the US for 15 yrs and as badly as I wanted therapy, I couldn't afford long term therapy. So, being in India has worked out well from that standpoint.
