this guy said in his office to me i got a message from heaven about you and i want to help ,and then he tried getting me relaxed cause i was restless so he tried to put an oxygen mask on me and steer me a way from a specific corner and he kept counting to 1 through5 and holding me down.

And then i looked over to see my dead Moms shoes 2 inch apart
then i looked over again further to see her body all wasted away laying on her right side.

Where did this happen? In a T's office? At your home?

It went ok sorry i got to this late i have been busy like heck with appts and all,i am starting to get a Christian support and mentoring etc im excited for it.

My doc tells me what shes going to do before she does it and she also warns me when she will touch me and if there would be any pressure.

Sounds like the support will be great and that your doctor is great.

I feel somewhat overwhelmed and my ptsd is acting up due to stress and deep depression,
I just feeling hopeless and desperate to get better even though with my many medical issues and the docs and nurses saying there is nothing they can do .

I have been thinking about death in general since two days ago and no plan or such but mostly thinking about the subject and how it affects everyone also what it means if i were to die.

i am talking with a email crisis support team about the above and mentioned it to just my Cadi worker.

I may have to go through scope and exam back there im very scared how can my doc make it easier or more comforting that is feasible? I am having issues down back there and might have a fissure or something.Ive been sexually abused several times in the past.

I asked if the clinic could the day before tell me if the doc chose to do do it the invasive way so i could prepare and give doc time to figure what she wanted to do.
