I'm glad you are not a callous horrible person fuzzy. But sorry that you are finding those triggers in songs at the moment. I sometimes listen to classical music and let my imagination run away with me. I focus on animals and try to imagine which animal would go with each piece of music. I am now wondering what music would suit bears. Big hugs.

The two musical selections that I often listen too that I have found help me when I get anxious are:
I purchased both of them in MP3 from Amazon. Each were under two dollars, each are about 1 hour long. No words, just music. If you want to listen to music, but don't want to hear triggering words, these, and others, may be an option.
