Clangers, lets face it we have all dropped a few in our time.

If you live in the UK and are of a certain age, this will remind you of kids programme with a soup dragon, anyway I digress. A link if you need it.


After watching an episode of Sunday Morning Live (on catch up) (For US posters, it's a debating show with guests) I felt moved to share the advice of Dr Phil Hammond. It's a social prescription.

He also prescribes 5 portions of fun a day!

After all loneliness is as bad for you as 15 cigarettes a day.
