Hello Mr! I hope your school and your professors and your advisor are all good people who are willing and wanting to help you have a good experience at university. When you go back; or if you can do so now, please get in touch with your advisor and express your apprehension. I highly doubt it will be the first time he or she has heard that and more than likely he or she will have some good words to give you. I'm glad you posted this because it reaffirmed the very feelings I had at this time of year, too, with regard to school. One other thing I'd like to say is that I found that while school has lots of deadlines and application processes and tests and whatnot; it
also has lots of chances and opportunities and good experiences for those who are willing to get in there and try. You come across as a bright person and I have faith that you can figure this out and also ask for help from someone at your university if you think you need it. On my first day back at college I was completely turned around and didn't know where to go. I stopped the first friendly looking person and asked for directions. He gladly walked me in the direction I needed to go and I have never forgotten him. I hope you find that friendly person who will do just that for you this term until you get situated and I can tell you from experience that great college experiences are built one day at a time.
