I do not know why I'm feeling down. I am asking myself this question: I need a reason to live another day? And I do not know how to answer it. I have no reason to go on with life. This is a new feeling to me. So I am scared to feel this way.

Bless your heart ~ you're in a deep depression, aren't you. You should talk with your doctor and see what he can do ~ he might recommend an antidepressant temporarily -- and then refer you to a therapist for treatment. That would be the ideal answer. You need someone to talk to who has experience in this type thing.
Please talk to your doctor. He WILL help you. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee |

Hiya,
The most heart wrenching time I had during my volunteer time with suicide prevention was when a lady asked me what reason she had to live. I didn't know what to answer her with. It is hard to be objective when you're depressed and do things for yourself much less for other people. But I'm sure there are others in your life that would miss you terribly if you weren't around. I know I would miss you. I would mourn your loss. Without even knowing it we sometimes touch the lives of others in a profound meaningful way. I would say live another twenty four hours in hopes that it will be better than the last. Love and hugs, Tara |
