Hi everyone

I'm just so tired of life right now. I'm even thinking I don't know if I can do my job anymore. I have been really stressed and my anxiety got worse. Then recently my partner had a relapse and I didn't even know if I could continue the relationship because I was and am so hurt. Now I'm just worried about everything. I'm at work now and I feel like crying because everything feels like its just too much. I had 2 months off of all my commitments because I was I'll and had to go into hospital at the beginning of the year because of physical symptoms which they found to be stress and anxiety related. I don't know what to do.

It sounds like you need to be in therapy. Have you ever gone to a therapist? Can you go??? Get in touch with a good therapist, and try to arrange some sessions -- you need someone to talk to about your issues.

If that's not possible, at least call your medical doctor. Something needs to be done. You can't keep going on like this.

Have you thought about going on a Leave Of Absence from work?

Perhaps getting in to see a T 2-3 days a week, or going to a day program would be most helpful to you right now.

Thank you for your advice. I'm actually feeling much better today but I am still going to sort seeing my GP again. I had counselling a couple of years ago and more recently CBT which I felt was quite helpful but sometimes even thinking about thinking can be exhausting. They tried me on anti depressants but I had an adverse reaction to them so now I'm going to be going to Mindfullness group soon which is supposed to help with managing depression and anxiety. I am def going to try and do something to try and find some balance.

I might need to get some time off work but it's so frustrating because I just recently started back after some time off. How's everyone keeping at the moment? Hope all is well.
