So I'm just sitting here in bed waiting for my laundry to be done. And mind starts to wander about life stuff and my current situation. I look at other people's lives and think "why can't I have that. Why is it so hard for me to get those things?". I'm beginning to wonder if my life will ever get back on track. And will I ever be truly happy as I see other be happy with their lives, jobs, and families. I just don't know anymore.

You are definitely not alone! I have been feeling the exact same way. My therapist was away for 2 weeks so I didn't see her and I was so down. I do the same though. If I am not actively involved in something my mind just wanders and I start talking so negatively. I don't know when that will change but we can only have hope! Feel free to post here and we can talk or private message me. I'm here for support!!

An active lifestyle is great, but really designing the lifestyle you want to have is big too. Mine includes reading comic books, recording music, writing songs, and I'm working on going out to try new things like a Writer's Group in the city, and i'm even signed up for Stand-Up Paddleboarding. Find the things you want to design your lifestyle around... i'm sure you'll get somewhere better, keep truckin. and whatever i say i'm doing, i don't have it truly together, i don't mean to sound like that hah!

Thank you. I appreciate the support. I do try to keep my mind busy, but sometimes it doesn't work fast enough or doesn't work at all.
