For nearly all of the month of June I have been so depressed and down in the dumps. Had very low self-esteem, thoughts of self-harming and suicide. Then, all of a sudden, this past week I have feeling pretty good about myself like nothing bad ever happened to me. It's like a switch flipped in my brain or something. Wish I could understand why this always happens to me. Right now, I'm just worried that this positive attitude I have right now is going to be short-lived and I'll end up getting down on myself again. I guess I'll just enjoy this feeling for now, as it doesn't happen very often.

Do enjoy it! But if and when the sadness comes in, look for help... Please don't ever commit suicide, even when life SUCKS. I'd be sad!

Be happy and just go of the fear that may be holding you back. Maybe this is a new phase in your life.

Thank you. I am trying to make different parts of my life somewhat better. My financial situation is a little better. I now have health insurance. And I may have a lead on getting some job training skills for office/secretarial work.
