My emotions are all over the place it is like I don't who I am anymore
![]() I am sick of feeling like this. I am not sleeping very well at all. I am self harming most of the time, I am sick of it ![]() I am starting to see things too. |

Oh Tink, I'm so sorry you are hurting so much. Does your T know about all of this? I'm worried about you, I hope you are seeking help with these issues with your doctor and T! You are going through some really painful stuff right now...
I trust it will get better for you. I have to believe that as we work through our pain that healing can happen. I really believe that getting that pain out of us can make things better. Sometimes it is just so much pain, and it feels like it will never end. Peace and Love to you Tink! And prayers as well. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thanks.
I spoke with my T yesterday and I told her about me self harming, she said for me to go the hospital but I don't do hospitals. She also said we will talk about it in therapy next time, I have been writing my feelings down and wrote about suicidal feelings, Will T get in touch with my mental health team about this do you think? I am so tired, I don't know if I am imagining these images that I am seeing because I am ill, I do feel mentally unwell for sure. |

Not so sure if I want to go back to therapy it gets too much talking about things. I am still hurting myself everyday, My sister came to visit yesterday and she didn't even notice I had hurt myself it was all about herself and I had to sit and listen to her most of the day, I don't mind but she is all self. I am sick of it. |

Don't give up on therapy, love. It is a struggle for sure, but the end product is worth it. It's good to have someone to work through your emotions and difficult situations, especially when others aren't noticing or able to provide the support you need to cope. I don't know how often you see your T, but you may want to consider increasing your visits until you feel like you are in a more comfortable place.
As for your sister, you should be honest with her and tell her how you are feeling. I know how overwhelmed I get when my family calls and I don't even get a word in, and it could be adding to your emotional distress too. We love you, dear! If you need anything at all, please message me. I am here for you. This is so challenging to go through, but it will get better, love. ![]() ![]() ![]()
