Try to get a grip on your feelings by trying to notice in yourself what triggers you, i know i have a hard time in the mornings. therefore look for and try to "check" mentally your behavior while you're not feeling stable, go from there, cross it off in your mind or paper and go from there consistantly doing this maybe it will help. Stay off drugs and alcohol, i don''t know if you use them but it is a must to not use them.

Don't go by what other think. You will never catch up. Go by what You think and feel. Nothing wrong with a temper tantrum. Many have them. Look at those tennis players!

The fact that you can make this honest evaluation of yourself shows you have great potential to grow into more the kind of person you want to be.
You are probably your own best adviser, but you forget your own advice when you get riled. ( I'm the same way.) Start writing your insights down in a journal. Then skim through it often to remind yourself of what you want to be mindful of. Make it a point to apologize to people when you realize you've been off-putting in your manner. You'll be surprised at how well that goes over. It will help you feel warmer toward others. |
