I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum. I have been obsessed with my friend. I feel slightly bad because in the past I've commented on most of his statuses. I am making progress but it's slow. I do appreciate my friends. I have a fear of losing friends. I get nervous when I talk to my friends. I also worry that they will think I'm boring. I have been hurt a lot because of jealously. I keep telling myself that I have lots of good friends but I don't know why I still concentrate on one person. The crush feeling has gone and I have realised that I was obsessed with him. I'm a bit afraid of posting this thread.

Hi Missy, Most behavior is on a continuum and its intensity can change over our lifespan, so I'd ask you not to be so hard on yourself. You've shown insight into your own behavior. That's a good thing. You are not boring, not in the least! You're interesting, creative and intelligent--all wonderful qualities.

Thank you everyone. I'm happy to know that I'm not boring. I appreciate everything. I will try to not be harsh on myself.

It's courageous of you to even post about it! Let your feelings out I've felt this exact same way before. I say go for it -- you're young and you only live once. Just prepare yourself for rejection (it happens to EVERYONE) and have fun!
Thanks for this!

Thank you I appreciate your comment. One person said I should speak more and another person who used to be my friend said "you're not very talkactive". That's why I think I'm boring or I worry about myself. Thank you for your love and hugs
