I tend to feel upset very easily, especially at the end of the school year when it is time to move back home. Also I tend to feel like I'm going to cry at certain songs and also when I attend graduation ceremonies I tend to feel depressed for some reason but happy at the same time even if I am not graduating. Don't know why this is the case and I feel stupid for always feeling like this but can't help it. Sometimes I just randomly feel like I'm going to cry even if nothing bad happened at the moment.

know what you mean Ryan, the slightest thing sets me off...like an arrow into the heart.
This is all a part of depression or any other condition you may have...it's really a pain and it takes quite a bit of work to learn how to deal with it.

Good to hear these posts. This means you both are healing. This a good way to be.
