I feel I'm lost and I'm so distressed. I can't tell exactly what emotions I have now.
here is the thing, I'm recently deviorced. I'm 32 yrs old, I've together with my ex-hus for 11 years, we're in relationship 8 years then married 3 years. I think I leaned on him very much in the past. Now I have the problem I don't have mood or I'm not brave enough to do anything on my own, like traveling -- we're used to travel together, now I just feel no fun to travel alone and avoid traveling.
I even can't describe my problems/emotions here clearly. I'm pissed off on myself. I want to have peace again deep inside.

Hello Flytomoon: I don't know that I have much to offer you. As I'm sure you know, it takes time to recover after a divorce. You & your husband were together for 11 years. I don't know how long you've been apart now. But perhaps it's just going to take more time than there has been so far. Are you able to see a counselor or therapist? Do you have any friends who would be willing to travel with you for a while until you regain your self-confidence?

I think the important thing here is to try to not be hard on yourself. You need time to heal, anyone in your situation would. Your heart is damaged. Hold it gently and lovingly while it heals...

P.S. Keep posting here on PC too. It helps!

Book your Trip now. You are free of co-dependancey. It may seem scary at first, but you will have fun.

Thanks for all your replies. Yes, I went to a therapist and I stopped seeing her last year because I realised something I have to practice in daily life for life-long. Sometimes I can manage well, sometimes I just feel so down and depressed.

I guess with time passing things would be better.

Ps, I had a short trip to the neighbouring city, It's nice but I recalled some old memories we're together there--I want to move to a totally new place, far away from here, why may help to begin over
