For telling my struggles . I have only spoken to a few people but now I feel guilty because I never want to expose my daughter to any reports that put her in a bad light. I know and try to be fair that she has her pains and problems. It is just that dealing with struggles in the midst of all this pain and concern for my husbands surgery has undermined my strength. I keep trying to get help and feel better but right now I feel sunken like a stone and my husband who needs care is coming home and I am so overcome I can arely make it. I hope for some restoration and strength.

there is nothing wrong with turning to others for help and support no matter what you talk about, your feelings are your feelings. you talk about them so anger and resentment dont build up because then others will really be reflected in a negative light. you need the support of others to take the weight off your shoulders to help you be stronger in bearing the burdens that are upon you. keep talking to others, its ok......take care.
