my family have made it quite clear that im gonna suffer so much due to my unpolite nature and anger issues. the problem is while i know that i get angry easily ,sometimes i dont even notice when i speak a bit harshly! i really reallyyy want to get better otherwise im gonna get into serious trouble. some of my relatives have stopped talking to me altogether due to my "rudeness". and i want to make things right.

things which trigger me into getting angry include just about every F****** thing! if things dont go my way i get upset...but then i recline into my own shell and dont talk to ppl much..and that too implies that im being rude. i know that im not a perfect girl and i want to improve myself. any suggestion will be highly appreciated!

Try to get a grip on your feelings by trying to notice in yourself what triggers you, i know i have a hard time in the mornings. therefore look for and try to "check" mentally your behavior while you're not feeling stable, go from there, cross it off in your mind or paper and go from there consistantly doing this maybe it will help. Stay off drugs and alcohol, i don''t know if you use them but it is a must to not use them.
Thanks for this!

Don't go by what other think. You will never catch up. Go by what You think and feel. Nothing wrong with a temper tantrum. Many have them. Look at those tennis players!

The fact that you can make this honest evaluation of yourself shows you have great potential to grow into more the kind of person you want to be.

You are probably your own best adviser, but you forget your own advice when you get riled. ( I'm the same way.) Start writing your insights down in a journal. Then skim through it often to remind yourself of what you want to be mindful of.

Make it a point to apologize to people when you realize you've been off-putting in your manner. You'll be surprised at how well that goes over. It will help you feel warmer toward others.
