i often look at others problems here too and it makes me trigger because there are so many people with worse problems than mine, it triggers me into thinking maybe i don;t belong here but my problems are important too .reaching out to others helps me to.god luck

I know how it is to feel "weak". But we are all SO strong here, and so are you. Your problems mean just as much as any other's problems. We all need support.

Aw, I 'get' this totally - I feel like that too.

I think it is how we were raised, to minimise our own suffering, "there's always someone worse off" kind of thing. Well that may be true but it doesn't mean we are not deserving of help when we need it even if our suffering is not as great as some.

I agree with prefab, I think most of us were raised like this..to minimise (and devalue) our own suffering. It can really screw with a child's head if they have depression or anxiety... most people here aren't into comparisons, at least that's what I've found.

I also agree with the person who said we are all strong here

Hoping you're feeling better today
