No matter how sleepy or tired, I can't sleep before 2:30 am.

My entire conscious mind is desperately refusing to sleep before 2:30 am. I think I'm scared of sleeping. The more time I have before sleeping time, the worse the recusal gets.

Mr counselor seriously asked me to choose between to sleep before midnight or face serious medical consequences but that seems impossible.

I feel like there are important things to do, but I'm scared of figuring out what that is or to execute it and can't sleep. What should I do?

I agree with Mickey. What if you got something to help you sleep earlier until you get into a routine?

Are you a night owl? The important thing is how long do you sleep each day. Do you get 8 or so hours? If you have a day job then yes you need to get to sleep before midnight. But if you can sleep as long as you need to then the amount of sleep you get is more important than when you sleep.

Depends on he day. I can be as early as 5 to 6 in the morning and as late as 10 to 11 pm. It depends on the schedule of the day.

4 or 5 hours is not enough sleep to stay healthy

Yeah, Im fully aware of that.

But I feel scared and concerned about sleeping early. I feel like I have lest something.

Also, I usually procrastinate during the day because I am so exhausted and often leave important task until midnight. I wait until midnight when I'm too sleepy to get distracted do do important works. It sucks.
