How does one cope with anxiety related to school? I always have it, and it's so strong to the point I just skip some lessons altogether. I can't do it anymore... what should I do?

A couple of things that might help:
  • Use music to help calm yourself
  • Carry some things in your bag or backpack that comfort you...objects that have a special meaning to you, words that are comforting, a sketch pad, phone apps/pictures...anything that can distract and comfort.
  • On a college campus, look for calming places to relax before going to class. I used to spend time in the library or outside on a bench.

It isn't easy. I have the same issue with work and coping with anxiety.

Same here. I have anxiety in my two psych classes, because my therapist is the prof and I am afraid of saying something dumb.

I spend time in the chapel (sleeping), try to engage as much as possible in class despite my anxiety, and try to stay on top of the material. I find staying on top of the material actually reduces my anxiety.

Find a good therapist in case you haven't done so already.
