I did not cope well last night at all. I had a tough therapy session yesterday afternoon. Then I saw the 1400 deaths from coronavirus that happened in the past 24 hours. Then I started dry coughing a bit. Then everything just hit me at one time. Things were really rough.

Coped better today - had a great phone call with a friend who always makes me laugh and that helped.

I think today I’m coping alright. I think I sugarcoat everything usually. I’m struggling with some impulsive behavior as of late. It’s gotten harder during covid-19.

Pretty much put to the test every day but I'm handling and coping better than I have in a long time. Hopefully this is an indication of growth and not just a good patch. 🤞

I didn’t actually do anything really. I just sat basically. I did go on a couple minutes worth of a walk. I drank a lot of water mindlessly. I guess that’s not too bad.

I worked on a couple of songs. It was a healthy distraction. Then I created videos for my music and uploaded them to YouTube. Already got some positive feedback.

My emotions are a bit out of whack today. My transition makes me feel like I’m going through puberty and menopause at the same time. Plus I’m dealing with PMDD as well. Then you throw in a global pandemic on top of that and you get a very emotional person.

Just packing away my winter clothes. Giving my apt a good cleaning also. Tomorrow is another. I missed going to the gym, and getting a good massage. Oh well!

I'm good today. I went for a little walk. It felt great! I also dis some art this morning and worked on my music. I have PT in a little bit. So I'll get some more exercise in.
