I have always had a lot of chatter in my head about not being good enough that at times in my life kept me from pursuing things I wanted to do.

I listened to a 20 minute TED talk that I wish I found earlier in life. This information shows how shame can trap me in a mode of thinking and prevent me from living life as fully as I could. And it also shows how I can embrace qualities in myself like empathy and self compassion that do not allow shame to grow and take over my life.
