I made several past mistakes and am seeing a pattern.

I can't keep track of everything that I did wrong but hopefully I am learning to avoid them.

I know my people hate me because I don't have a GPS in my head and can't remember my responsibilities.

I just know people are hating me, particularly my family and employees or employers and my friend.

I have a brain just shuts off at times and cannot listen.

@Sohappy I hear you. Brain fog happens to some people more than others. There are lots of causes but it is not your fault.

There are work arounds I use to limit the negative effects of that.
Make lists
Put important appointments and deadlines in my phone calendar so I get an alert in time to take action.
Keep a journal of all the things I did right in a day so I do not have too negative opinion of myself.
Apologize when you do not meet deadlines and say lets try to work out a plan so this does not happen again.

All the best to you. @CANDC

Everyone makes mistakes. There will always been one person that is richer than you are in another person who is much poorer than you are. Most people projected their anger out on someone else.

Thanks Candc.

Yes I use my phone calender to remind me of meetings and the camera to take pictures of things I might forget.

I do try to take notes but some times I forget to do that. I guess I have to force myself even though it is tedious.

Thanks Buffy. Yes that's true.

When people are better than me at doing stuff like art, I tend to want to give up and avoid it. I know I have to work on not allowing my feelings to withdraw and avoid due to feelings of low self esteem and unmotivated to try.

I know I have to try anyways for my jobs because I get paid and I don't want to lose my income.
