Does everyone just go on with their evening jaunting around (I was journaling, and happened to think of someone I was friends with briefly but intensely) and then all of a sudden their emotions just assault them and their thoughts thrash them into such self-hatred and some of the most self-abusive thought content a human could probably come up with to the point they don't know they should be alone right now?

Because how THE HELL does everyone deal with that crap happening so. freaking. often?

I thought I was having a good day, but no, now I don't want to exist.
