I've gotten to the point where I feel so stressed that I feel aggressive like everyone is angering me and that everyone is the issue. I didn't know that stress when unchecked could turn to anger I'm not sure what to do about the stress I just feel like annoyed that doctors etc don't believe that I have mental health issues that cause me not to work. My last doctor asked me if I was working are you serious? So I changed doctor. I am thinking that it's the hormones the excess estrogen etc that is causing the anxiety.

I can relate. Do you know if that's a thing, an excess of a hormone can make you anxious? I hope the new doctor helps, would speaking to a therapist help also? Hope you find a solution soon! Forest child x
