At what point do thoughts of suicide become not a symptom of depression, but a purely altruistic act in the making? Who can really judge?.......

I'm sorry that you're feeling so down. It's a hateful place to be.

Please keep coming back and letting us know how you are doing.

Vent as much as you need.

(((((((((((Daisy))))))))))) We care about you! Talk to us. Don't let the depression tell you that suicide is the only way. There is hope. Hang on.

Hi Dasiy -- Thinking about you and noticing that you haven't checked in since yesterday.

I'd like to know how you are doing? Are you hanging in there?

Hello...I am glad I have a place to ask my questions. I am able to release some of the pressure that builds in my head. It is funny....I don't feel depressed in the classic sense of the word...just kind of thoughful or introspective right now........ thank you for all your hugs and support. I will check in from time to time...thank you

Daisy, I think I know the place that asks that question and my answer is life is what we have so I need to stick around and see what's next. Even if I am in bed watching the tube, I am alive and somehow a part of this world. Your life has value.

I know how horrible it is to be in the place where depression tells you there's no way out. One thing I've learned is that the voice of depression lies. I'm so glad to hear that you're feeling good about letting these feelings out here. We're all here to listen any time you need. Take great care of yourself.
