I am too, of many things. Please try to tell us what you're scared of. The only true way to escape your fear is to face it and let it pass by you. Only you will remain.

Thanks justfloating, but it is more than scared of living, I have never felt like this before, never had a very strong will to live, but this week I am getting some very dark thoughts, I believe that no matter what, I was always able to see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel even if it was a tiny glimmer but right now there is just nothing. Never have I felt so much pain, so much emptiness...why does life have to be like this for some of us..these days I cringe when I hear other people laughing or enjoying life, I just cant find anything to smile about, nothing..no hope, nothing

It's hardest of all when you can't see hope. So often we need to see to believe. But you haven't been like this always and I think you can get out.

Please stay safe. The hope and promise of better and happiness is there.
reach out for the help you need.

Maybe you could go for a walk outside, or do something you used to enjoy. Are there friends you could call to be with? It's very important because sometimes they can help you see the hope again.

Please stay safe

actually what I had written was in response to you turquoisesea, thanks for the caring, I am trying to go outside today, beautiful day, and I do have a friend coming over but I doubt it will help. I doubt anything will help. take good care of yourself, I know you are going through a hard time also.
Thanks for this!
