Rough Day , Whats a good way to take your mind off stuff? I tried Movies, Reading ,browsing on the internet, Nothing seems to work. Late night crying lately over some personal problems (over a guy) have me not sleeping well. Any Advice?

FeelingSad I've found that swimming has helped me a lot recently - it's difficult to dwell on much else when swimming, you get an endorphin kick from the exercise & even just floating can be incredibly relaxing in itself. And, if you can't swim - learning to is a pretty good distraction too.

If you like tea, some of the herbal decaf teas out there might help relax & calm you before bedtime.

I do know just how hard it can be not to dwell (or even to limit dwelling) on stuff - it's something that I'm very much still working on myself. I hope you get some relief/distraction/rest soon.

Thank You,Marvin Pa, I actually love to swim, I have a pool so that is a good idea, it can distract me, Maybe some late night swims Would be a good distraction, I'm more a coffee drinker , but that will def keep me up lol, the caffeine, But I do like tea so i will try that.Thanks Yoda too,I love music,all diff kinds,so i can try that too.Its soo hard because I care so much about him and right now things are tough but your suggestions are good ideas to help me so thanks!
