Just got home from my T appt.
She feels like it would be best if I went into the hospital. Told her no way. She knows I won't go voluntarily. Pisses me off she even suggested this. I am a bit more depressed than I have been. But I am going through some %#@&#! right now too. I told her I would never go back into the hospital. I am so mad. I told her I have a new plan too. And she wanted to know what it was...I refused to tell her. So, she wants me to write why I don't want her to know. She is supposed to contact me tomorrow but right now I don't even want to talk with her.
