I guess I feel a little strange posting this since we don't know each other (I'm a newbie) but, I do know, that I certainly can relate to your despair. I'm so sorry you are feeling so much darkness. The one thing that sometimes helps me is to remember they are just emotions. They can't hurt you. You can feel it but then also walk through it.

You are brave to go on with the desensitisation, Berries!!!! That is hard stuff. Just remember the depression will try to make it even harder for you to continue with it, will make you feel more fear, more pain, more hopelessness. Hang in there. If you atrt doubting, my friend, please come back to these threads and read the truth about yourself. Don't let him continue to saboutage you! HUGGGGGGS. Take us with you to the sessions, if only in paper form!!
