I am on lamictal, effexor, klonopin, and seroquel now. I feel good. MY DEPRESSION HAS LIFTED. I have had 2 weeks now of a little below normal to normal moods.
I am so grateful.
But it is not just the meds that helped.
All of my friends here at PC helped me immensely. I don't know if I would have survived these many months without you. THANK YOU!!!
You have supported me, related to me, were patient with me, advised me, and encouraged me.
I am so grateful.

It's easy to be patient with you, Berries! You lift us at the same time as you are lifred, that much is for sure. Great that you have been feeling so good, but remember to take some of the kudos yourself! You are working HARD!!! HUUGGGS!

I'm so happy for you Berries! You have been there for me even when you may not have known it: from your posts here on the forum to your VM's to me. Being here for each other, with others who really understand what we are going through, who give support instead of judgement, is a wonderful gift we all give each other. Thank you!!

Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."

That's wonderful to read, Berries!! I am so happy to see you feeling better . I hope that your world continues to improve.

Googley did make a very good point ~ keep your eyes out for the valleys. They will pass much more quickly with your awareness.
