Hi everyone lately when somone is talking to me it seems that my brain dont let me hear what the person is saying its hard for me to concetrat and this never happen before let me tell yall what Iam currently suffer from so maybe yall can help me.I have panic attacks and social anxiety and gad and ocd.

It might be the depression. that stuff can slow down the brain enough that it is really hard to stay tuned in to what others are saying. I used to say it's like having my brain packed in cotton balls. Huggs.

This sounds like a classic symptom of depression or a panic attack. I wouldn't worry too much about it being a symptom of something else, even though I know it's terribly frustrating. Sometimes getting some sleep helps with concentration, even if it's related to depression. Best of luck.
Do you also have trouble remembering what you just read? |

Nothing really lol he said If it keep happening then he will test me and see if I have adhd or depression.

I really believe it is the depression!!! I can't remember anything and it is so frustrating. I pray for you to feel better soon!

I'm glad he's keeping an eye on it. It can be a bit scary if it hasn't happened before. HUUGGGSSSSS enough to get through the cotton:-)

Glad that you did talk to your therapist about it tho. I cant focus on anything right now due to my depression so dont feel bad. Hope it gets better for you real soon ![]()

Hey, I feel like this all the time. It's really scary when you're not used to it. And always frustrating, as you say.
I'd say it's the depression too. That's what it is for me. The thing is to realise it now and try to hang in there. As hard as that sounds. If you don't recognise what it is for a while, and just let things slide as i have, you'll get to a point where everything is suddenly near impossible and there's no visible way out. It doesn't help school ![]() |
