my depression has been going way too long. but nothing seems to help. i just got out of the hospital but am still not eating because of no apetite.my thoughts are dark i feel like im headed back.there is no light at the end of the tunnel. everyday is just the same.more pain to endure than the day before. ive been in day programs. im in therapy and on plenty of meds. i try to keep myself very busy so i stay out of my head. i also have 4 kids that keep me very busy. its not that i havent been trying things.its that nothing is working. its so hard to get through each day being more torturous than the day before.

I'm sorry you are feeling so down, not sure what I can say to brighten you spirt. I have been dealing with depression for decades, while I can't assure you that things are going to get better, I can assure you that it is possible that they will. I hope we both can find the way to a better place.
Thanks for this!

Hello, I understand what you are going thru. I went thru the same deppresion and kept wondering when things would get better for me. It just takes time. I hope you can feel better soon. I know it took me several months for my mood to change when I got on totaly new meds. Do something nice for yourself today.

I'm sorry you're struggling so much right now. Is there anyone who can help you in your house? You really must force yourself to eat because not eating can affect your brain. I hope you get relief soon.

Depression is an evil Monster!! Keep taking your meds but let your shrink know they aren;t helping..He will adjust the dosage or put you on something else..I talked mine into putting me on a high dose and it has helped.. Even though I still have depression I am not miserable anymore..I can think clearer..Are you in therapy?? I have found that long term therapy to be helpfull also..I wish you luck and hope some of this helped..
Thanks for this!

As Stranger has advised, do not suffer in silence. Your treatment plan is not working. Please get the adjustments you need. Good luck.
