I'm falling so fast. In a week my mood has sunk to all time lows of the past 6 months or so. I have come extremely close if not actually did self harm. I dissociated to a minor level for the first time in a VERY long time *went crazy*.

This is not good.

I have T tomorrow night. I wish I had thought to call her, I didn't have enough warning before I *went crazy*, I really wish I had been able to because I was NOT safe tonight for the first time in a very long time (well over a year).

I hope your appointment with T goes well, that you two can figure out a strategy to get you feeling better again. I hope you are feeling better soon.
Thanks for this!

We all go a little from time to time. I really know how you are feeling and I want you to know that along with all the others I'm here to send you hugs and support you the best way I can.

Don't think or feel bad on yourself for dissociating because we all do it and that is a survival mechanism. You must have felt the need or it wouldn't have happened.

Please know that we are all here for you and will do what we can to hold you up; you've been so kind to me turquoisesea and I'd love to be able to support you the way you have me you're a very special person

((((((((hugs))))))))

I think it's safe to say that we all get into car wrecks at some time or another and we drive all the time. It's normal to wreck and go nutso on a rare occasion.

Just make sure you fix the dented bumper. (contact your Therapist and discuss how to fix it)

I Understand what your saying, just went through myself. I'm still down but with all the help I get here it helps me remember I am not alone.. I am too waiting to see my T. But I keep trying to tell my self this and I quote: "I cannot predict the future. I cannot change the Past. I have just the present moment, I must treat as my last." Meaning try to live life to the fullist.
Thanks for this!
