Don't know why - had a really good day yesterday but just woke up today feeling so low it's hard to do much at all. Just wondered if anyone else out there was going through the same thing today - misery loves company, as they say...

In my experience of depression it's not really possible to predict how one day will go based on the preceding one, or week, or month. I can't go to bed or wake up and think, "Today/Yesterday was relatively good/bad, therefore chances are tomorrow/today will be the same." Each day unfolds as it will.

You posted the above several hours ago. How are you doing now?

Not too bad, thanks - better than I was when I posted that initial message. It's getting late here now so I'm mostly tired; going to bed soon.

How's your day been?
