I hate to sound needy but I'm really down right now.... I need help, I feel like a zombie on these meds and this paranoia is pulling me under, there's people watching me through my window, I know there after me.... I don't know what to say or do.

Everyone has needs, it doesn't make you needy.

Maybe your meds aren't quite right if you still have paranoia and they make you feel zombieish. What does your doc say?

I'm really sorry you're having a hard time. I also have been really down lately. Plus, when I get depressed, my paranoia and panic attacks come back. It's like they come in stages. I also think that people are always watching, but once I calm down, I realize that they weren't. I do meditation to help me calm down. Maybe you could try that. I hope you find a way to get back on your feet.

I'm sorry you feel like a zombie and paranoid as well. These are tough feelings to have. I can relate to your feelings of paranoia - sometimes it feels so real. Please try to hang in there until you see your pdoc. If you ever want to chat, feel free to send me a pm.
Thanks for this!

How are you feeling today (((Jay))). I agree it sounds like you need an adjustment on your meds. These are intrusive thoughts so don't try to fight them and don't assume they're true - okay. Take some deep breaths and you're going to be okay.

Hey J! What you wrote is one of the reasons we are here. Been there done that. When I am where you are I am a sloth. Takes ten minutes to tie a shoe and only only if absolutely necessary. I wish I could send you some of my energy. But I can tell you I have been there enough times to let you know that this to shall pass. But no matter what, we are here for you. Sending you positive energy. Go easy on yourself.
