I actually have been feeling better lately - it's probably because Autumn has arrived, finally... I think I may also be just too damned busy between school & work to dwell on my emotional & internal states for too long. It could also be the Elavil, the sleep I've been getting - who knows? All I know is that things aren't so bleak at the moment & I wanted to let y'all know. Mood has Lightened

AND it could be all those things! Mood has Lightened I'm glad you are geting a break from the bleakness. Distraction is good, but be sure you continue to address the ongoing issues... don't let them pile up without attention... take care of YOU!!
