I like the way you are.

How are you feeling today?

Do you have a therapist to help you?

Siempre Nada, in a recent post you mentioned a first appointment with a therapist. Have you seen the therapist yet? How did it turn out?

I know how it feels to hate yourself, but recently after getting on the correct meds after almost a year of trying different meds, I'm feeling better and liking myself again. Liking one's self is the key to having good & positive relations w/ all the others who surround us. Please go to a thearpist and your general doctor who can help you. Let them know of your feelings & depression. There are medicines that can help you and there are people who do love you too!

Thanks you guys, I was felling really awful when I wrote that. December 3rd will be my first appointment with a therapist and I'm so excited. That day couldn't come fast enough. I've never spoken with anyone before about my depression, and I don't know what to expect. Tough love? Babying me? Unconditional support? I don't know..anyway thanks for the e-love you guys!

Hello, siempre nada. The first appointment will be a getting-to-know-you session. You will have an opportunity to ask questions foo.

Some of my therapists asked about illnesses in the family going back to grandparents. I found it helpful to make a list beforehand. My mother was very helpful.
