That's right. I am done with meds, T's, doctor's, all of it. I am done. I give up. I've tried this before but it never stuck...I've been off meds for 3 full days, I've never done that before. I know three days is not much off meds but I've always been too afraid. Let me guess, I know I suck at trying to do this too. I'm sure that is what most of people think.
I know, I know, stop my complaining. Everyone else has major issues when mine are just to small to even worry about. |

nono, "everyone else has major issues"... don't go thinking your issues aren't enough. They're clearly bothering you enough to be here, enough to affect your life.
Hang in there I'mwishing you good luck

Just My Opinion: Insofar as I can correctly recall what I've read in your posts, your issues are not minor. You may feel they're minor, but, summoning as much rationality as I can, I judge them entirely complaint-worthy. Meds: The usual caution is to withdraw from meds under careful supervision. We all know that. You've reached the point of overflowing frustration. Something has got to change. Something will change. I hope you can control the change to your advantage. Consider seeking assistance effecting that change. You have friends here. ![]()

Your problems are not small.
Please, take care of you, and use caution. Please, don't let a moment of frustration be the catalyst for spiraling downwards. ![]() |

Don't minimize whatever you're going through by sizing it up to someone else's problem. That's not fair to you. I imagine everyone goes through an angry/tired time of not wanting to do one more thing. I know I go through this a lot. The med changes, the therapist changes, etc. It all takes a heavy toll on your mind and body. Let me just say this, we are ALL COURAGEOUS whomever fights for their life. So pat yourself on the back for at least trying once. Right now you may need a little space to think and air out. Let yourself. But don't be putting yourself at risk by just stopping the meds at your own will. Meds need to be tappered when you are going off them so as not to have the most unpleasant side effects(physically & mentally). If you want to do it, consult a doc and do it right.
Take care of yourself.

Noone's problems are more or less important than someone else's. If you have a problem it's important, no matter what it is.
As for the meds and giving up, I was right there a couple of weeks ago. Quit my meds, completely gave up. I ended up in the hospital. It did help me get my fight back, but I also learned to never just go off my meds again. Learned the hard way. Please be careful. I hope you can get your fight back too. It's not easy, but just giving up doesn't really get us anywhere either. I hope things work out for you. ![]() |
