This is just a weird vent i need to get outta my system kinda..idk if this wil even end up posted and sorry if any typos my minds on overdrive right now
![]() ive posted a few things on here before about depression and stuff like that but its just really confusing me now. i used to get bad depression every couple of months/weeks ,like theyd be spread out a good bit but lately theyve been like a week of depression of week of no depression or like one day im really really bad like making up a plan and deciding whos going to get my stuff and the next day im like meh im fine.this is hard to explain,basically i mean like the depression seems to be getting more frequent and more intense but it never really lasts like more than a month or so and when i dont feel down..its like im grand and i can do anything and i go out like 4 nights a week..its just confusing ahh soory cant imagine what its like reading this but cheers if you did ![]() (p.s anyone else get this?or know wth is going on ![]() |

i did have a pretty constandt depresion for about 3 years but then i got "better" for a while and now its come back weirder than ever !
ahh alas i havent made that dreaded appt just yet.my excuse being i dont start back for another month and still dont know my timetable so once i have any idea of when i'll be free then i intend to..emphasise on INTEND.no promises :P heaven knows how i'll be feeling in month. but if/when i do make an appt i must remember to do that!even just print off a few posts from pc,reading back on them is even helpful for me. hope your doing well ^_^ |

Hi ~ Even if you were able to make an appointment with your MEDICAL doctor, it would be helpful. Perhaps he could put you on an antidepressant for the time being until you could get to a therapist. It could be a temporary fix -- you really should talk to someone about it.
I've been depressed all my life, so i've never had the highs & lows. It must be pretty miserable. God bless and take care. Let us know how you're doing. Hugs, Lee ![]() |

feel like I'm in the complete opposite place from earlier ..idk. Emailed counsellng service at college so yea..idk what to say bit lost for words |

the counselling place hasnt emailed me back.dreading calling them .mood is horrible. feel like im on the edge of it all..
