Hey yall. I have a question. I don't remember rather or not it was in this forums or another but they talking about "Mood Diary". I would like more info on how to get started to do this and is it effective?

A mood diary is very good and it does work I been doing a mood dairy for a long time now it helps me too know what triggering my moods and its a good way too vent .Yeah I saw today they had it posted about mood dairy .Huggs

Microsoft Office has a downloadable Mood Diary Template for Excel. OpenOffice (and the soon-to-appear LibreOffice) should be able to use this Excel template and save it in the Open Document format.
