I dread everything so much. I woke up during the night the last couple of nights absolutely dreading the things that I had to do that day. The things aren't even bad things and I dread them sooo much. I used to think I was unhapy because of the job I had and now I have my my dream job and the dread is still there all the time. I thought that I would be happy once i got out of the jobs I had. i was ultimately wrong. Life is so unbearable. I want to avoid all of my responsibilities. Everything is really hard to keep up with. I'm drowning.
Dread!!!!

Hang in there sweetie. You're gonna be fine. I understand those feelings you describe. I wish that these kinds of problems would just go away by changing jobs or by moving or by getting into/out of a relationship. But they never really do. I know that's not much of a consolation. I guess that it wasn't really meant to be... more of an "I understand and I'm sorry you're feeling this way." Have you talked to your therapist about how you're feeling? Depression is real piece of work, isn't it? I hope that tomorrow finds you with a smile. And if not, look up my pic. That's good for a laugh. Take care of yourself. We're here if you need us.
