Feel totally alone. Feel worthless.
Wondering if anything will ever change... I hate to wish for death, but I have to admit i'm pretty close to it. Better death than 40 more years of this...

cap, try to do a gratitude list and reread it often today. even if your life isn't all you wish for, there are still things you can appreciate because u're on this earth. there must be a greater plan in all this. one we do not understand but one our higher power has designed. we may not understand "why" now but it will be revealed. you give a lot of support here at pc to us. give an equal amount to yourself. for so many ppl in the world there is isolation from others. i know your situation and how much you try to make the most of it. just know we care about you and how you feel. and absolutely not regarding being worthless!! we value you very much! we can't fix "it" but know we walk the walk with you. you have a purpose. you just haven't found it yet. i think of Job. stand firm in your faith. pray about it. keep sharing with us here.

Capri, there's nothing that can ever devalue your worth. You are a priceless human being regardless of how you feel about your life. I'm sure if you reflect carefully, you'll remember even one moment when you made somebody laugh or smile. To you it may have been no big deal, but to the other person it may have made their day. Dear sweet Cap, I just stumbled by this thread. I'm so sorry to hear that you're having such a hard time. My heart goes out to you!! You've been such a caring kind friend to me, and to so many others here. I wish I could just reach in and lift the sadness from you. I hope that you'll feel better soon.
